Disney Vacation Club (DVC) has revealed the purpose of the recent construction at EPCOT’s Canada Pavilion. The project will bring the first in-park Welcome Home Center to Walt Disney World, set to open this spring.

Named Château de Voyage, the new space will serve as a dedicated location for guests to learn about DVC Membership while exploring a model room from the recently opened Island Tower at Disney’s Polynesian Villas & Bungalows.

Located in the Canada Pavilion’s Hotel du Canada building, this marks the first time DVC has introduced a Welcome Home Center inside a Walt Disney World theme park. The space aims to provide prospective members with a convenient opportunity to learn more about DVC while touring a detailed room model.

Construction at the pavilion had previously fueled speculation about various possibilities, including a bar, lounge, or exhibit. More details about Château de Voyage are expected to be shared as the spring opening approaches.

A similar Welcome Home Center opened at Disney Springs last year, called Gateway to Discovery.

But not everyone could visit it as a chase lounge either

JoeCamelApr 30, 2025

Bob wants money, those people got money

Why do we need another place where no one else could ever visit? I preferred it as a Chase Lounge..

JoeCamelApr 30, 2025

No reason? Really?

Cmdr_CrimsonApr 30, 2025

Yep, That was the Chase Lounge...I was so happy to finally get a chase card and the year I get it they closed it to become a Pointless club 33 for no reason..

The windows look stupid. You would think they would put floor to ceiling curtains to cover it!

Disstevefan1Apr 28, 2025

Nothin' but the best for their paying tenants 👍 ;)

VR. Unless that changed.

JoeCamelApr 22, 2025

Maybe they could start a Club 23 for the real high rollers?

You are correct. Here’s a picture of the entrance.

I believe its upstairs in the former sponsor lounge in the American Adventure.

JoeCamelApr 22, 2025

Does the elevator go to the kitchen? Related, is there a club 33 in Epcot?

eddie104Apr 21, 2025

That’s a Covid casualty in my book. The budget ran out and the expansion needed an eatery. 😂🤣

Only some of us get to use that.
